As the heat of summer scorches on, I have found myself quite lazy in the photography department. And most of the poetry I've written has been sappy love stuff about some guy that makes me hot named Viggo.

A funny thing about him, btw. It seems somehow, someone thinks I'm dating Viggo now. At least, if you go to a site called Who's Dating Who, and look him up, you will see that it is posted that I am.

This is just an unfounded and baseless rumor with no foundation in truth. I'd love it to be true, of course, but it is just someone's idea of humor instead. The upshot of all this is that there have been numerous web searches of late all looking for "Guinevere Hempstead" and "Jenny Johnson" as associated with "Viggo Mortensen."

Jenny Johnson is my real name. Guinevere Hempstead is my poetic nom de plume, of late. I choose it because the first name, Guinevere was practically my birth name (Guinevere Sunshine actually) but other family members talked my Mom out of it. So, Guinevere has always been like my other name. Hempstead is my maternal great-grandmother's name and I've always liked it.

How or why my using Guinevere Hempstead on my poetry page and having a Viggo crush page got mixed up with the idea that I was dating Viggo, I don't know. And I may never know any more than I will ever date Viggo. But it has been amusing to see all the hits on my pages because of it.
